AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND EMIRATES

Thank you for visiting arsenalsoccerschooldubai.com.com (the ‘Website’). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start to use the Website. By accessing and using this Website, you indicate that you accept (unconditionally and irrevocably) these terms and conditions (the 'Agreement'). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our Website and exit immediately.

The Website is owned and operated by Emirates, whose principal office is at Emirates Group Headquarters Building, PO Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Emirates is a Dubai corporation established by Decree No.2 of 1985 (as amended) of the Government of Dubai.

You represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child that you are booking a place for at the Arsenal Soccer School and are entering into this Agreement on their behalf, and that you will use this Website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein and that you know you will be responsible for all payments due to us for bookings made by you through this Website.

Please also make sure that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Changed terms will become effective once posted on the Website, and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this Website. Your continued use of this Website after any change means you have accepted the changed terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Your access to and use of software and other materials on, or through, this Website is solely at your own risk. We make no warranty whatsoever about the reliability, stability or virus free nature of such software.

You understand that your child attending the Arsenal Soccer School involves some level of risk, which includes, but is not limited to, physical injury or even death and you allow your child to participate in the Arsenal Soccer School at your own risk.

We and our agents are not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the attending of the Arsenal Soccer School. This exclusion does not include any liability for damages for death or personal injury caused solely by our negligence or negligence of our agents.

NOTHING IN THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL EXCLUDE LIABILITIES NOT PERMITTED TO BE EXCLUDED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

ARSENAL SOCCER SCHOOL

The Arsenal Soccer School consists of a 3 term year with each term being a 10 week long training programme (the “Course”). Children can attend one, two or three terms in the year. Courses start in October of any given year.

Children will be allocated into groups depending on their age at the start of the Course. The age groups are 5 and 6 year olds; 7 and 8 year olds; 9 and 10 year olds; 11 and 12 year olds; 13 and 14 year olds; 15 and 16 year olds and 17+. Sessions for children of 10 years of age and under will be made up of both girls and boys. Sessions for children of 11 years and older will be single sex sessions.

The Course will take place at 7he Sevens facilities, Dubai.

Arsenal players do not necessarily attend the Course.

WEBSITE BOOKINGS

To confirm a place for your child on the Course, you must have completed the online booking form and paid in full online.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. All bookings are provisional until payment has been cleared.

Places are allocated as per the age groups mentioned above. Children will not be allocated to a different age group if their group is full or if they want to join siblings or friends.

PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards (with the exception of Amex) and your credit card will be debited when you click on the confirm button. If you do not have a credit card, you must visit one of the participating retail locations (Emirates Official Store, the Atrium 2nd Floor, Emirates Group Headquarters, Opposite Terminal 3 or The Sevens Stadium, Management Offices, Players Club, after junction 30 on the Al Ain road) and pay in cash. Payment will be made in UAE dirham’s.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO BOOKING

No refunds will be provided for cancellation of confirmed bookings unless a medical certificate can be provided showing that your child is unable to attend the Course for reasons of injury or prolonged illness.

You may, however, up to seven (7) days before the Course start date, transfer the booking to another child provided they are within the same age group.

If your child misses a session during the course, no part refund or rescheduling of the missed session will be made.

Prior to the Course start date and subject to availability, you may be able to transfer your booking to a Course scheduled for a later start date. An administration fee of AED 100 is payable. Once the Course has started, no transfers to other courses will be allowed.

SECURITY

We will take all reasonable measures to ensure information you transmit to us using the Website will remain confidential and protected from unauthorized access. Despite those measures, we do not warrant unauthorized access to that information can never happen. We will not be liable for any such unauthorized access unless caused solely by our gross negligence, in which event you will be entitled to compensation up to a maximum of the value of the services purchased by you.

SECURITY INFORMATION

To ensure secure online payment and all other transactions of personal data, the Website uses a technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL encrypts all communications between your computer and our server so that the information can only be read and understood by us. A closed lock in the bottom corner of your browser window shows a secure connection. For further information, please consult your browser’s security specifications. CURRENCY CONVERSION

You represent and warrant that your child is in good physical condition to participate in physically engaging activities and exercise and that such activities and exercise would not be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort or physical condition.

You will be provided with a medical disclaimer form prior to the start of the Course which you must fill in accurately and return by the Course start date. We reserve the right to refuse participation by your child on the Course, without refund or rescheduling, if the medical disclaimer form has not been received.

We will not be responsible for aggravation of any pre-existing condition whether or not disclosed in the medical disclaimer form which results from participation in the Course.

In the event that your child requires any form of medical assistance whilst participating on the Course, you agree that you will allow us or our agents to provide any appropriate and necessary medical treatment on the scene at your expense.

PHYSICAL CONDITION

You represent and warrant that your child is in good physical condition to participate in physically engaging activities and exercise and that such activities and exercise would not be detrimental to their health, safety, comfort or physical condition.

You will be provided with a medical disclaimer form prior to the start of the Course which you must fill in accurately and return by the Course start date. We reserve the right to refuse participation by your child on the Course, without refund or rescheduling, if the medical disclaimer form has not been received.

CONSEQUENCES OF MISCONDUT

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to remove from the Course, without refund, any child that is found bullying, misbehaving, or who is generally disruptive or aggressive.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

We and our agents will not be liable for any loss or damage to any personal property belonging to your child that is brought to the Course.

You agree that you have provided us with the correct contact details. You agree to keep us informed of any changes of residential or mobile telephone numbers, address, and email address.

CHANGE OF VENUE

We reserve the right to change the venue of the Course at any given time. We shall endeavour to provide you with adequate notice of any changes made.

MEDIA

We reserve the right to take any photos or recording during the Course which may include your child. You accept that all rights whatsoever arising from the photos or recordings shall solely be owned by us.

You accept and agree that this material may be used, without approval or compensation, by us in our absolute discretion in any manner including but not limited to, the Arsenal Soccer School website, promotional material and advertisements.
